Routine check of Incoming SEB load, distribution, metering point, back up supply – DG with AMF Integrated panel with changeover switches, servo stabilizer, Air conditioners, raw power and lighting circuits including aviation lights and Earth pits
Ensure of safety and Security of the installation and premises and maintain separate registers for tracking men and material movement.
Coordination with OEM or external maintenance agencies in carrying out (AMC) maintenance work as per schedule
Preparation of MIS statements, weekly reports update preventive maintenance checklists, Breakdown / shut down reports and any other specific assignments entrusted by Customer
Liaison with all Government Authorities for Routine Inspection as and when required
Coordination with FMC (Fault Management Center) at the MSC, to register abnormalities / defects on the installations at cell sites, attends to faults that originate from the respective installations
BTS tower to be checked for structure rigidity once in 6 months include check all nuts & bolts Tightening & replacement of nuts & bolts Weather proofing [using tapes], torque test & thorough check for missing & rusting parts [nuts & bolts] report on missing & rusted members sent to Customer (Replacement will be carried out if required) Tower maintenance will be carried out every quarterly Repainting works will be carried out Once in Two years
Based on Calls received from OMC-R of the alarms, our team will attend the same fault management center to facilitate to SLA monitoring.
Breakdown maintenance is necessitated if any of the system under the AMC contract breakdown
